While we guarantee a specific dispatch time from our facility, please note that carrier transit times can occasionally fluctuate due to external factors.

  • Tracking Issues: If your package status has not been updated within 48 hours of the expected delivery date, please contact our support team immediately for an investigation.

  • Logistical Errors: In the rare event that a package does not reach its destination due to a logistical error on our end, we offer you the choice of:

    1. A full 100% refund of your order.

    2. A one-time complimentary reshipment of your entire order.

📦 Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict health and safety standards. To be eligible for a return:

  • Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original factory-sealed packaging.

  • Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.

  • Damaged Goods: If your order arrives physically damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the product and send them to our support team within 24 hours of receipt.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Any product where the original seal has been broken or tampered with.

  • Items purchased during a “Final Sale” or clearance event.

  • Orders where the incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer.

  3. Completion: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: For “change of mind” returns on unopened products, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Hashish Boyz covers all shipping costs associated with logistical errors or defective items.
